Every separately managed hostname is one domain, so a domain and its mail. subdomain are two domains.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude tax. How tax is charged is not set yet.
How do refunds work?
An eligible first charge can be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
Is there an annual discount or an unlimited plan?
There is no annual discount, lifetime price or unlimited plan.
